What we do

Soft washing is our specialty.

We also pressure wash, clean gutters, brighten houses, and maintain commercial lots. One short list, because doing fewer things well is how the work holds up.

A shingled roof streaked with dark gloeocapsa magma algae above red brick and white trim.

The streaks have a name

Those black streaks on your roof? That’s gloeocapsa magma.

It is a living cyanobacteria, not dirt, and it feeds on the limestone filler baked into asphalt shingles. In South Mississippi it spreads fast, holds moisture against the roof, and takes years off its life. Pressure washing only tears the shingle up worse. A manufacturer-approved soft wash kills it at the cellular level and keeps your roof intact.

Feeds on your shingles
Consumes the limestone filler that gives asphalt shingles their weight and weather resistance.
Holds moisture
Traps dew and rain against the roof deck, accelerating wear on the shingle mat.
Raises your power bill
Dark streaks absorb heat your attic and AC then fight through the day.
Risks your warranty
ARMA, the industry body behind GAF and Owens Corning, warns pressure washing to remove it can void coverage.

Who is Amos?

Meet Amos.

Amos grew up on the Gulf side of Mississippi, learning the trade the way most good work still gets learned down here: shoulder to shoulder with older men who did not tolerate a job half done. He kept a small notebook in his back pocket, a straw hat on the dash, and a standing rule that the truck did not leave until the customer had walked the finished job with him.

He measured twice before the wand ever came off the truck. He answered his own phone, wrote his own quotes, and kept his word on both. If a job needed an extra hour to come out right, it got the extra hour, and the price on the invoice was the price he had shaken hands on that morning.

That is the way this company works. Matt and Amy pick up the phone. The crew arrives in the window we gave you. The finish gets walked with the homeowner before the trailer is loaded up. Careful hands, honest numbers, and a job you are glad to stand in the yard and look at.

What homeowners say

Reputation is everything around here.

Amos washed our brick and the soffits look brand new. They covered our hydrangeas with sheets before they started. That alone told me everything.

Carolyn H.

Gulfport, MS

Black streaks on the roof had been bothering my wife for three years. Gone in an afternoon, and they didn't walk a single shingle.

David P.

Ocean Springs, MS

Showed up on time, did exactly what they quoted, and the driveway looks like the day we poured it. That's rare around here.
